Go ahead and grab your pen and paper or go to your electronic device. My guest this week is Kiersten Ferguson. Kiersten is the mother of three boys, wife and travel nurse. Kiersten has had some highs and lows over the past few years. She went from loosing over 165 lbs in August of 2018 to gaining 80 of that back during the most trying time of her career. However in July of 2022 , she decided she was taking her life back. She said, “ Enough is enough… I need to get my tail back in gear.” Now standing taller and more confident than ever. Kiersten has lost over 65lbs of the 80 and she’s not turning back. If you want to know how she achieved this goal, tune in. This conversation will give you the encouragement to take that one step.
