We are literally killing our economy, the way we survive as a society.

Assume for the moment, that we continue to allow only the “essential” to operate. What that fails to comprehend, is that literally all of the other businesses are needed to support those essential businesses. Adam Smith, writing in the 18th Century understood that. And he called it the Invisible Hand. An Invisible Hand which operated throughout the society guiding each business to produce those items or services so that the entire economy can function.

The coffee shop, which feeds the ER Doctors on their way to work. The oil worker, who supplies the natural gas which heats the ER Hospital. As we've found out, the companies which supply the surgical masks. And on and on it goes.
