What are the Chakras and how do we unlock them: We know that everything is energy and energy is everything, but what we need to be reminded of every day is how to work with our energy. The Key to understanding HOW to do that is to dive into the energy centers THE CHAKRAS and work with the KEYS to UNLOCK the Magic. In this video, we explore the Keys to the 7 CHAKRAS.

What is the CHAKRA SYSTEM?

The chakras hold your body's energy (or prana) and your actions can help keep it in balance. The Sanskrit word chakras is translated to a wheel or disk. In yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda, this term refers to wheels of energy throughout the body.
