With South Africa continuing to grapple with high unemployment rate. Neil Coleman from the Institute for Economic Justice argues that we need to change our approach in order to reverse this catastrophe. Currently 12.7 million people remain unemployed, which simply means that our country has one of the highest jobless rates globally.
