In a recent explainer video, Lorraine and Stu answered the questions: ‘What happens during conveyancing?’ and ‘What are the steps in conveyancing?’. In this first follow up video they chat about the home moving process and give an inside track on what causes some of the delays and frustrations for conveyancers and their seller and buyer clients.  Stu and Lorraine chat about the problems with taking instructions, complying with money laundering requirements and doing source of funds checks.  They also talk about property log books and lots of other issues inbetween!  This video chat will be helpful for home sellers and buyers, estate agents and anyone who is studying conveyancing whether paralegal qualifications, Cilex exams, Council for Licensed Conveyancers exams, the Legal Practice Course (LPC) or the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme (QLTS).
