In a recent explainer video, Lorraine and Stu answered the questions: ‘What happens during conveyancing?’ and ‘What are the steps in conveyancing?’. In this second follow up video they chat about the home moving process and give an inside track on their own personal bugbears with the conveyancing process. Stu talks about the problems with obtaining leasehold management packs and making contact with lenders.  Lorraine chats about clients shooting the messenger when bad news has to be given, along with lots of other points in between!  This video chat will be helpful for home sellers and buyers, estate agents and anyone who is studying conveyancing whether paralegal qualifications, Cilex exams, Council for Licensed Conveyancers exams, the Legal Practice Course (LPC) or the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme (QLTS).
