“Everybody should be afraid of something.”
MYTH or TRUTH? (Share your thoughts below)
Thousands if not MILLIONS of conversations take place everyday about day-to-day #fears.
Just as many if not more focus on ways one SHOULD NOT be afraid of those fears.
⭐️ Fear of heights 🏔
⭐️ Fear of flying ✈️
⭐️ Fear of spiders 🕷
⭐️ Fear of thunder and lightning 🌩
⭐️ Fear of being alone 👤
⭐️ Fear of crowded spaces 👥👥
⭐️ Fear of blood 🩸
⭐️ Fear of snakes 🐍 … the list goes on and on.
Within minutes of browsing the #web, each fear could be paired with a possible solution to #overcoming it.
One could argue, such ease of information is the beauty and the curse of the 21st century.
Although, many of us at Overcoming Odds, share similar beliefs when it comes to facing one’s fears, we can’t help but think of the other side.
What are the things one SHOULD be afraid of?
Losing loved ones 💔?
Cancer 🫁?
Nuclear war 💣?
Aliens 👽?
Why should one be afraid of those things?
What is the reasoning behind it?
However, if there is one thing you should not be afraid of it is joining us and sharing your insights on July 30th, 10:45 AM CST, as we (Casey Berman, Scott Mason, and Oleg Lougheed), explore things one should be afraid of and the reasoning behind it, the origins of such fears, and other related topics.
