1. Large group text discussions
2. Scheduled, recurring conversations
3. Happen at the same time every week or month
4. Designated by its own hashtag around a broad topic
5. Each chat tackles a specific sub-topic
6. 30 minutes to an hour
7. 5-15 questions
8. Hosts tweets begin with Q1 etc. and Answer tweets begin with A1 etc.
