SUMMARY
This sermon explores the concept of idolatry and its consequences, the visions recorded in Ezekiel 8-11. With the observation that our hearts will be filled with whatever we make space for, whether the true God or false idols. We are warned against the dangers of subtle idolatry in modern life and called to genuine commitment to God. Even in a message describing God's judgment against idolatry, God's grace in marking and preserving those who remain faithful underpins the heart of the message.

(6:20 - 17:21) Chapter 2: Ezekiel's Vision of Idolatry in the Temple

(17:21 - 35:46) Chapter 3: God's Judgment and Grace
God's judgment on idolatry is revealed, but His grace is also evident.
(35:46 - 43:55) Chapter 4: The Departure of God's Presence
Ezekiel witnesses the gradual departure of God's presence from the temple and Jerusalem.
(43:55 - 50:17) Chapter 5: God's Promise of Restoration and Heart Transformation
Despite judgment, God promises future restoration and heart transformation for His people.
