This is a pep talk.   One of hardest things to do as a Christian is to have faith that God is working, and to not be afraid of all the things that come our way.    “The deepest level of worship is praising God in-spite of pain, trusting Him during a trial, surrendering while suffering, and loving Him when He seems distant.” — Rick Warren     What are you going through?     PRAISE GOD ANYHOW!       Matthew 6:25-27  “Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?  Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life?” Matthew 6:34  “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.”   God hasn’t promised that we won’t suffer in this life, but He has told us that he’ll walk through our valleys with us. He’ll be right by our side, and his grace will be enough.   When we look to God he will give us the strength we need to carry through the dark times.  Here are some verses speaking to his unwavering love for us, and how he will give us strength when we look to Him in prayer. Philippians 4:13 I can do all this through him who gives me strength.   Psalm 16:8 I have set the Lord always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.   Isaiah 40:29 He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless.   2 Thessalonians 3:3 But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen and protect you from the evil one.   1 Chronicles 16:11 Seek the LORD and his strength, seek his face continually.   Romans 8:28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.     Philippians 4:11-13 Not that I speak from want, for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am. I know how to get along with humble means, and I also know how to live in prosperity; in any and every circumstance I have learned the secret of being filled and going hungry, both of having abundance and suffering need. I can do all things through Him who strengthens me. Thank you for following and supporting this ministry.
