Dr. Sybol Anderson joins us to host a deep conversation on racial justice and equality. Sybol is a co-founder of the Spirit of Innovation & Freedom and the chief diversity officer at the College of Southern Maryland. She hosts me, Paul, Progress Culture friend and regular, TechPort Director, Tommy Luginbill, and Director of the University of Maryland Unmanned Aircraft Systems Test Site, Matt Scassero. During the discussion, Sybol directs our consideration to how we're feeling about the string of recent events and protests sparked by Police brutality against African Americans and the killing of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, and numerous other persons of color. We explore the pain and the confusion as well what actions need to be taken to make progress away from these happenings and this treatment. What and how can we do something? How can we share love and direct  support not just today and tomorrow or once in a while, but every single day? What can be done about racial injustice? What are YOU gonna stand for?
