Hello Beautiful and welcome to the podcast!  Have you ever noticed how much athletes and MVP players train for the sport they are playing for? They practice for hours a day, for many days (if not every day) in a row! Well, I want you to start thinking of your life in this way. What are you training yourself for? What reality are you training yourself to live and embody, every single day?  I've said this on the podcast many times before....thoughts create your reality. Whatever you believe and think every day is what you will manifest into your reality.  Well...realize this, by thinking and feeling the same thoughts and emotions everyday...you are subconsciously training yourself aka conditioning yourself to think the same thoughts everyday and thus experience similar results for yourself. Your subconscious mind is the most powerful tool that you have!
