So we're talking about building a bulletproof business. Basically building a business you don't have to be involved in creating revenue and running the ship 24/7. It would be great, wouldn't it? Where are you at currently? Is that something that's happening in your daily business? Because if it ain't, it needs to be. And that's what this series is about. Creating that business, that you don't have to be the one, always at the helm you're creating, you're creating something that exists without you. So if you get hit by that proverbial bus, it continues. Today, I want to talk about something that is very, very important in your business for you to be able to build a bulletproof business and its core values. And I think even before the core values, it's having a mission statement and then having core values. And, I just spent the week, last two weeks, actually developing my mission statement, developing core values for the company. And then we'll start with our company. My goal will be to have everyone know what those core values are and understand what our mission is. So for instance, I'm gonna read to you guys what our mission statement is. DMN8 Partners creates new revenue opportunities for businesses daily. We are focused on helping 10,000 businesses in the next five years, create and execute sales and marketing plans that assist them in exceeding their annual revenue goals. You see? So I basically one sentence said, what DMN8 Partners does? We create new revenue opportunities for businesses daily. And then I put out a goal. We are focused on helping 10,000 businesses in the next five years, create and execute sales and marketing plans. Boom! Put that goal out there. That's our mission statement. So what are our core values? Core values are we do the work. We don't ask the customer to do something related to what we're doing for them. We do it. We do whatever needs to be done to make our efforts work for our customers. We do the work. We make digital easy. We don't complicate anything for our customers. We make it easy as possible to do business with us, communicate with us and see results. Our customers aren't the professionals, we are, the professionals know what to do, how to do when to do, and why to do the things that need to be done. We make digital easy. We solve problems. We respond to problems with solutions, not excuses. If a customer has a problem, we don't find blame. We find the reason and fix it. The result of every communication should be to solve our customer's problems. We solve problems. We respond same day. We respond to every email, phone, call and message the same business day it was sent. Our customers need to know we received their communication and we are acting diligently on their behalf. We respond same day. And finally, production over perfection, while others talk and plan DMN8 Partners, does the thing. We don't wait until it's perfect, we strike immediately, so the action gets completed as quickly as possible. Production over perfection. Boom. What are your core values? Do you have some? Do you review them on a daily, weekly basis? You should be. If you have a team, does your team know them? If not, how are you going to start giving them to the team so they can begin to know them? I'm part of a group called Apex, which is Ryan Stewman's coaching group. And, Apex has core values at the beginning of every meeting, those core values, are discussed. And, I ran into the first Apex meeting I went to and we stood up and we were saying, I felt this is a cult. I was right. It is a cult. It is a cult of people that are together, focus on the same thing, becoming the best version of themselves. And that's why the core values exist. And you want to understand how to get focused on your core values on your, on your mission. There's a book written by Tomas Keenan called Unfuck Your Business. Sorry if that hurts your ears, but that's the name of the book, Unfuck Your Business. Read the book, it's a quick read. You can listen to it on audible. It's what I did.
