In faith that you all are good, its been a bit of a frustrating week for me but I am still breathing so I’m still fighting, going through it pretty bad this week health-wise but a few members of the GC are starting a fitness club which I am excited about, I've worked out on my own but to no avail. I realized I was not qualified as a trainer or nutritionist and sometimes google is not the best way to go about things. the same attn we give out minds we need to give our bodies and vice versa.
