SCOTUS rules that "cruel and unusual" doesn't apply to punishments that are neither conceived to add unnecessary pain nor are long since unused in the USA.  In other words, lethal injection is fine.  Justice Breyer, on the other hand, insinuates that capital punishment may be on its way out if the left once again controls SCOTUS.

A leftwing professor at the University of Washington slanders the SCOTUS majority in an "opinion" piece for NBC.  Why is it okay for NBC to lie?  Why is it ok for the University of Washington to lie?  What does this tell us about the left?  Only the perennial adage that the truth is disposable to many on the left when something can bring them or their ideas to power.
