Jerika Jones is the newly appointed Executive Director of INTech, whose mission is to inform and inspire girls to innovate in the technology industry.

She came to this role from serving as the former Executive Director of Outloud Louisville, (formerly known as Girl’s Rock Louisville), in Louisville, Kentucky, where she led for five consecutive years. Jerika holds a Masters of Arts in Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies with a concentration in Music Performance Studies and New Musicology and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Louisville.
