It sometimes seems easy for us with our limited knowledge and understanding to judge God and call his judgments into question measured against our finite minds. What we fail to realize is the rules that govern our minds and our very existence were created by God and his mind can not be comprehended by human intellect, and thus it is highly foolish to come to a conclusion on what we think God should or Should not do.
