This week my guest is Jarrod Sammet.  Jarrod is currently a Director at the staffing company Insight Global.  Before he came to Insight Global 10 years ago he was a behavioral therapist.  Jarrod is obsessed with how to take better care of ourselves, how to be more present and ultimately how to lead happier and more fulfilling lives.  Jarrod has recently been teaching personal development workshops at Insight Global.
