What can you do to improve your health?

I've been asked, what can you do to improve your health? I would say to improve your health, you need to have a why, you need to discover a why. You need something that makes you want to do it. either, it's the way you wanna look. It's the way you wanna feel physically and emotionally. It could be your children. It could be significant other that you want to be around for or be healthy for, or a goal that you're looking for.

You need get you to improve your health. I think that's just one thing. There's so many things you can do to improve your health. But that's one thing. Have a why. Why does it matter? and I think another thing to help you be healthy, which has really helped me is finding something you love that's active, you know? Do you love racquetball? Do you love tennis, basketball, running dancing's gymnastics? soccer? do you enjoy hiking, walking, swimming? Something active that you enjoy to do.

Lot of people like to talk and so they'll find a friend that they can walk and talk with on that can help them get healthier. Anything that you could do to encourage yourself to be more active will help make you improve your health.
