I blew a massive promotion opportunity by using ‘we’ instead of ‘I’ at the interview because I felt I wasn’t good enough to claim my successes Ias my own. At just 23 I had experienced my first professional bout of imposter syndrome. And it didn’t feel good.

Two decades later, I see small business owners, especially female ones, making the same mistake. And I get it. You want to be taken seriously. You want others to think you’re running a “proper” businesses. Can you really do this all by yourself? YES YOU CAN!
