In this episode, Matthew Schutte discusses the sources of foam. He says that the foam can be caused by the release of gas, such as carbon dioxide, that is dissolved in the liquid manure. The foam can be also caused by gasses being trapped in the manure, resulting in a significant loss of volume when transferring the manure to the tanker. Did you know that?
