Hi my friends, welcome to episode 31. In the show I dive into frequency and discuss how our thoughts, emotions and actions come together to form our frequency. And that in turn, dictates what we experience in the world. It may seem like a paradox but it really is that simple.

Now...simple doesn't mean easy but from my experience of digging myself out of the depths of my own doing, it really is the magic key.
