This week Elizabeth talks Succession Planning with Joe Seccull, CPA and Business Adviser from Perta Thompson Partners.  Many people are unprepared when it’s time to transition out of their business and sell it, or leave it to their heirs.  Joe talks about what it takes to have a successful succession plan from start up to saying good-bye. He also provides tips on how to navigate all of the moving parts; whilst being mindful of the emotion that may be involved if you have a family business.
