💼 What really defines a successful business strategy?  

🤝 We were recently joined by Lars Vestergaard (CCO, LMS365) as the 68th speaker at the Ultimate Global Podcast. He broke it down into 3 components: 

🅐 Long-Term: A successful business strategy must be aligned with the long term vision and goals of the company. 

🅑 Customer-Centric: Take the customer feedback from time-to-time. Listen to and clearly understand what the customers are expecting out of your product and company.  

🅒 Having a passion for innovation: Be creative with your strategy and come up with a unique application of your product that no one has even thought of.   

➡ At the end of the day, it’s all about putting these elements together and executing it to perfection.
