A Republican health care reform bill stalled in the House of Representatives this week, but the proposal gave an inside view into plans to defund Planned Parenthood. In Arizona, approximately 33,000 people received care at a Planned Parenthood clinic in 2015. If government health plans no longer covered care there, thousands of people might have to look elsewhere. Could other clinics step in to serve them instead?
