Jesus’s parables aren’t little stories about being a “good person.”

Rather they’re more often warnings about coming judgment.

But his parables require serious reflection to understand. 🤔

While some parables standalone, the five key parables in Mark 4 are linked together.

And Jesus uses props to illustrate…

1. Sower 🧑‍🌾

2. Lamp 🕯️

3. Scales ⚖️

4. Harvest 🌾

5. Plant 🌱

But even after reading these parables, we might STILL miss his point about judgment.

Thankfully for us, Jesus ties them together with a terrifying illustration! (hint: ⛈️🚣🌊)
