The gospel is a divine achievement accomplished through the historical event of Jesus Christ's suffering and resurrection. And by achievement, we mean things like, "Christ died for our sins"! There's a design and intentionality in this event & there's an accomplishment in it. Something is achieved in this event! This is not a random death, the Lord had a plan and a design.
The gospel as an achievement means our salvation is secure, freeing us from both legalism and fear!
Instead of striving to earn God’s love, we live in joyful response to His grace, empowered by the Spirit and we dive into it all, this episode.
