First Date Follow Up is when we get an email from someone who went on a date and the other person isn't calling back. We get that other person on the phone to see why they're "ghosting".

Today's First Date Follow Up is a good example that if you say you know how to do something and say you are good at it, then you should at least know how to do that thing that you said before you do it or it will cost you a second date!
