Preaching the truth can be very difficult because the Bible tells people that their deeds are evil and that they need to repent. However, we need to hear the truth even when it’s hard because our very eternal destiny is at stake. In today’s message from the Gospel of Luke, Pastor David points to John the Baptist as a shining example of someone who did not fail in preaching truth. Even though John’s message was difficult, he was faithful to continue with his difficult message repentance.
