Taking others opinion of your outward facing personality can prove to be a very valuable asset when you're constantly looking to improve yourself. That's why I asked a few of my closest friends in this inaugural episode of Directly Creative, a couple of simple questions.  "What do you love about me?"   AND   "What do you hate about me?" Their answers honestly surprised me.
