Gospel of John, Chapter 6, verses 22-29
Jesus, after feeding the 5,000 and walking on the water, is pursued by the crowd. However, Jesus is not flattered by their attention. Instead, He challenges them by asking what their intentions are in pursuing Him. It's a good question and one that remains as strong all these years later. Ss. Athanasius and Thomas, pray for us.
