I'm not asking what your religious or spiritual beliefs are, I'm asking what you believe moment-to-moment which has a direct impact on your behaviour. If a friend who is glued to her phone doesn't respond immediately, do you "believe" that you must have upset her, or that she's gotten into an accident? Our immediate, micro beliefs have a far bigger impact than we realise.
