Recently, the anxiety monster attacked me pretty bad last week. What do you do when the anxiety monster attacks?

Here is what works for me:

  • Taking time off from my to-do list
  • Taking time for self-care like going for a walk & getting my nails done
  • Listening to affirmations and an audio book on the Law of Attraction
  • Communicating my needs to the people I love
  • Being gentle with myself
  • Eating healthy
