What do you do when all you know is taken away from you?
You could be a basketball player, a coal miner, or a banker when you cant perform all you know or your job doesn't exist next what do you next?
AJ Rompza was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. AJ was recruited to play basketball at The University of Central Florida in 2008. AJ had an amazing four-year career at UCF which led to memorable shots and is arguably the most beloved player in UCF history.
On his first pro tryout, AJ suffered a broken leg and was sidelined for a few months. He was still afforded the option to play basketball in Venezuela and in 2012. Now since AJ has stepped away from playing basketball he coaches, trains and speaks on achieving great success on and off the basketball court through pure passion and incredible practice.
AJ currently lives in LA where I have had the chance to connect and work with him over the past few months.

I created The Bus Driver Experience as a way to gain a new perspective from the unique lives of other people - Olympic athletes, monks, porn stars - to not just learn, but EXPERIENCE what it’s like to be in their shoes for a day.
And do it in a way unlike how every other travel/interview show does it. Most other shows merely talk with these individuals.
But talking with these people isn’t enough for me.
I want to live their unique story. To understand not only what they go through in their day to day, but also why they’re doing it. Follow me on YouTube for videos of the experiences with my guests, and other content.
