So, you grew up in the 70's 80's or 90's. You thought that the key to success was to join a firm, work hard for 25 years and retire with a big fat pension. Unfortunately, we've found that more of more people of our generation lack that upward mobility. The ladders are broken and the cupboard is bare. What are you going to do now that your chances to advance are limited.
This week starts our new phase of building our own ladder. Taking control of our future and making our own success happen. Is it going to be easy? I highly doubt it, but unemployment isn't a vocation and stagnation isn't a place you want to make camp.
Join us next week as we start to lay out our plans for building our own ladder to success and review the opportunities that are still available for people willing to make it happen on their own...or with some help.
