In this episode of My Empower Project, we learn that everything goes back to mindset and why restriction diets do not work.  We should look at all the things we CAN eat instead of all the things we cannot eat.  In order to do this we need to know our baseline.  Erin inspires others to do this by writing down everything she eats.  She explains in order to know where you stand, you must compare how you feel now to when your diet does change. 

Later we discover what vital thing to do when cutting carbs and we learn how journaling can help us notice things.
