The top question I'm asking myself right now is "What do I need right now?" It's also a question that is filled with guilt and shame because putting my needs before my kids or husband is difficult.

I naturally want them to be happy before myself. I've got 2 stories where I put my needs first and it worked out so much better than I could have even imagined. Here my stories and start asking yourself this same question!!!
