In this episode I will be giving you a brief understanding of what the conveyancer does and some of the jobs they do to make sure the property you are buying is legally yours and correct. A common complaint from people is that conveyancers are slow and purposefully delay the process, which just isn't true. Yes, I believe they could be more transparent and could update the clients more putting "industry terms" into layman terms.   There is so much that goes into conveyancing and I hope this video goes a little way to clear up some of the common issues people face.
