What does a healthy relationship look like?

ALTEC - (Angela Lee Transformation and Empowerment Coach) - Specialising in Wellness, Mental Health and Life Coaching. Often due to Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE) we have inherited through no fault of our own, genes from our parents, which has framed our perceptions on how we see the world and people we interact with; particularly if you were raised in an abusive household. However, as an adult it is your responsibility to deal with the unfinished business of your childhood, through professional therapy , otherwise you will continue the cycle and impact on your life and others.
