You can go to river Jordan for sight seeing, especially the rich fellows, oh is not necessary to go to Jordan, you can be baptized in your local river, but you must not let just anybody to baptise you
Matthew 28:19-20 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
The instruction is clear, the one that has the right to baptise you must have the capacity to teach all the commandments of Jesus Christ
If you didn't not baptise under the one that can teach the commandment of Christ, you are risking your baptism
