Leviticus 18:1-3, 22, 29 includes some very harsh words that set very firm boundaries for a very, very difficult cultural situation. Our Lord Jesus calls us to love our neighbors as ourselves in Matthew 22:34-40. When Jesus tells us “All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments,” we must believe that Leviticus 18:22 with 18:29 also come under this Law of Love. The Bible does not require us to stop associating with our LGBT relatives! Romans 1:18-2:4 must be read together and show us that EVERY person needs God's love. We must to forego judgment and seek God’s mercy and radical life-change!

The question before us: Are we willing to do the hard work of loving and caring for all members of our community?
