A Christian is someone who is like Christ. Being a Christian entails a lot. God extended grace to us and allowed for us to be in heaven with Him. But being a Christian is not just about being saved and getting to go to heaven, it’s about doing the Great Commission. Barnabas was a positive prophet, a good encourager, welcomed people, and wasn’t jealous of others successes. We need to be a lot more like Barnabas and be glad to tell others about Christ and be an encouragement to others. Being a Christian is cleaving to the Lord, following Him, and doing His will.
