Michele recently read Brendon Burchard's book High Performance Habits: How Extraordinary People Become That Way which led to us talking about what it means to be a high performer. We talk about what the book teaches its readers and how it motivates them and agree that when it comes to someone motivating us, we would rather be told the truth directly rather than have the truth sugarcoated.
We also make a case for what a high performer actually is, trying to dispel the incorrect notion that a high performer must be a billionaire and/or someone famous. Anyone can be a high performer if they excel at everything that they put effort into. This includes having an exemplary work ethic and having non-negotiable tasks on a schedule that are going to get done no matter what, even if other things try to get in the way.
We encourage you to email us via the email addresses provided below to discuss this with us, especially since we believe in the importance of having a tribe of fellow high performers. Be sure to also subscribe to the podcast if you aren't already so that you never miss a new episode when it drops! Until next time!
