Today I am discussing the low inventory and what it means for you as a buyer or seller. I am predicting that inventory will start to jump later into the year when take in consideration of vaccines coming out, those sellers that were not comfortable to sell before may want to now, mortgage forbearance wears off, 900k + new construction homes being built in 2021.
