Dr. Jacob discusses how an organization may say a lot about you or it may not. However, the biggest factor of success in your life is you. "It is not the group that determines who you are. It's you who determines who you are." When you find your flock, you will be most successful. And perhaps the best flock is the one where you need to change the least about yourself in order to feel comfortable. You are always going to attract the people and the environment that you need most in order to grow.
