What if nutritional therapy was rather different from what you expected? 

Many people struggle with their health, but, convinced that they already eat healthily, think nutrition can't help them.  

Others labour under the illusion that nutrition work is simply bullying people to eat more vegetables!

Still others try to piece together their own nutrition programmes with 'Dr Google', but pick up poor quality advice or contradictory information - and don't get results.

But Nutritional therapy is so much more complex and more delightful than people think!

Based on my own and my clients' experiences, this is a short introduction to what nutritional therapy might actually feel like, and what goes on behind the scenes of a consultation.
