Philippians 2:4 (NIV): Let each of you look not only to his own interests but also to the interests of others.

The Church in Philippi had a diverse group of people within it. And diversity tends to lead to disunity, as we have witnessed in our own day and time.

So, Paul gives us a command that is short and to the point! And when taken to heart, this command will solve the problems of disunity in our church today.
