This is the first episode that Arnie and Fred discuss what the bible says about the characteristics that identify a Christian. We talk about what a disciple is, what he does and the fact that there are actually few disciples in the world.
The Bible has a lot to say about the fact that the disciples of Jesus Christ are different from people of the world. We note that Christians believe in Christ and reject man-made doctrines and creeds. They read and study the Bible and are eager to explain the doctrine of Christ to others. They seek to grow and mature in Christ.
We talk about what the Bible says about prayer and the fact that Christians are a praying people who even pray for their enemies.
We note that Christians worship in spirit and in truth r3gularly as the Bible teaches. As a part of this worship they contribute generously for the work of the local church. As individuals they are ready to help and assist the poor and widows.
Take about 30 minutes to listen in on our discussion. Have your Bible available to ensure what we are saying is in fact what the Bible says.
