In this episode Arnie and Fred begin a discussion of what the Bible says about repentance. We begin by noticing three of the things that the Bible identifies that involve repentance. The Bible makes a distinction between godly sorrow and the sorrow of the world. We talk about the difference between these two attitudes, what that means and two Bible examples that illustrate these two points. A change of mind or a change of heart is the next thing that involves repentance.  We note several passages that tell us what is involved in these changes and a specific Bible example of that. Finally, we discuss the evidence that is required to show whether or not one has truly repented. We look at a specific Bible example of such evidence.
