What is sexual immorality?
“Porneia” - illicit sexual activity.
This word appears 25 times in the New Testament*

The Bible: Sexual Lust is sin
why: self-gratifying, self-satisfying (pornography, fantasies, “checking out”…)
13 Let us walk properly as in the daytime, not in orgies and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and sensuality, not in quarreling and jealousy. 14 But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to gratify its desires. — Romans 13v13-14 (ESV)
27 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’ 28 But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart. 29 If your right eye causes you to sin, tear it out and throw it away. The Bible: Sex outside of marriage is sin

Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral. — Hebrews 13v4 (ESV)

3 Some Pharisees came to him to test him. Would Jesus give up on someone just because they’re different?
